JOSH GROBAN IN CONCERT

It was a rare opportunity... a good friend of mine... Lili & Adi, offered me to join them watch "Josh Groban in Concert" last sunday (Aug 8, 04) for free ... and I'm like "yiiiihaaaa" hehehehehhe

OK !! To be honest... I ain't even fuckin' ever heard about him at all, but ever since my best friend Agnes mentioned about
"Josh Groban" last year, I'm like "Who da hell is he?" ... anyway... Finally I've found out and heard one of his famous song "You Raise Me Up" and I like it ...

I also knew that Groban sang some songs on Oprah Winfrey surprise bday party (a couple months ago) and I watched it on TV ... and I also knew that my sister (and most of my cousins) loves him so much .... :-)

The concert took place at
"Tweeter Center" (an-hour driving from Chi'Town), a cool half-outdoor place. It took 1 hour for Groban to finish the concert.... and I just familiar with one song.... But I tell you guys, he's voice is such a damned !! and he's good in almost all the music instruments... not to mention that he's such a funny person (he kept make joke with all the fans in Tweeter) hehehehehe

O yeah... last saturday... our Consulate General had some event in terms of celeberating our independence day... acara BBQ + pertandingan olahraga.... a bunch of friends ikutan bertanding olah raga... gue sih berhubung ada kelas hari sabtu... jadi gue menyusul aja... dan ikutan bagian nge-rame-in acara & makan2 aja... hehehhehehe mayaaaaann makan ribs gratis... :-)

Spend saturday dinner & have quality time with some friends... an italian dinner which is so delicious *yummyy*

hahahahaha

me... a shy person???? He's probably the only one person said that in my entire life.... I mean... I do realize that I am a shy person... but... huhmm I don't know... how did he know that I'm shy ???

well, now at least you guys know that I'm a shy person... that's FYI ... :=)

7 reasons men cheat

When it comes to relationships the adage "cheaters never prosper" seems to say it all, but as many women know, men are often interested in more than prosperity. There are numerous reasons why men may endanger a relationship by cheating -- if you catch a guy in a confessional mood here are a few you may hear:

1. Fear of commitment
2. For the thrill of it
3. He is not fullfiled
4. Sabotage
5. Revenge
6. Because you let him
7. Emotional escape

so for you, women, who might have your partner cheat behind you (or maybe in front of you) just get rid of 'em ASAP... they're just not worth for you ...

FINALLY....

The result of not having enough time to sleep (either because study hard, tired too much work, or too much having fun out there) will get a fever.
Fever is when the body's temperature is raised above its normal level. Most people think a normal temperature is about 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit (or about 37 degrees Celsius), but in reality, a person's temperature varies somewhat during the day. Typically, it's slightly lower in the morning and slightly higher in the evening.

Like most warm-blooded mammals, humans seem to operate best with a relatively constant internal temperature. The brain's hypothalamus acts somewhat like a thermostat to regulate the body's temperature.

Fever occurs when the hypothalamus is "set" to a higher than normal temperature. This higher setting is usually due to the presence of small molecules, known as pyrogens, in the blood. Pyrogens can come from external substances such as bacteria, viruses, or toxins. Sometimes tumors and other substances created within the body can release pyrogens.

Under some circumstances, the body's elevated temperature can help fight off an infection, but this isn't always the case. Excessive fever can cause problems such as dehydration and discomfort. Acetaminophen and other fever-reducing medications work by decreasing the levels of pyrogens at the hypothalamus.
